About Me

With a background in psychology, sociology and management, and after spending seven years working in the corporate world in Operations and People & Culture roles, I decided to follow my passion for positive psychology, health and wellbeing, and become a certified Health Coach. Since then, I have also worked as a Health and Wellbeing Coach in the NHS for 18 months, successfully rolling out the Health Coaching service within a Primary Care Network, supporting over 300 people in achieving their health-related goals, and building a team of health coaches. I now work with individuals in my private coaching practice, helping them optimise their health and build the life they want to live.

What I love most about coaching is seeing people flourish as they let go of beliefs that no longer serve them, and build habits that support their wellbeing and growth. Coaching has the incredible power to unlock potential and help people ‘upgrade’ their beliefs to enable the changes that will bring them sustainable health and happiness. 

My own journey with stress and anxiety and my passion for behavioural science have helped me understand what thriving means and how we all can live a flourishing life. I have long been interested in healthy living, and my understanding of what that means has evolved over the years. I used to think that eating a healthy diet and working out at the gym five times a week are the cornerstones of a healthy life. Now I know that, whilst nourishing foods and movement are two very important factors in determining health, there is a lot more to living a thriving and fulfilling life. 

We all have different circumstances and face different challenges, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health and wellbeing - in order to truly thrive and enjoy life to the fullest, we need to develop sustainable habits that support our long-term goals and desired identity.
