I know this from the inside
I spent years performing well by every external measure, while quietly running on empty. I was capable, committed, and increasingly depleted — and I didn't have the language for what was happening, let alone a way through it.
The turning point came when I stopped trying to fix my performance and started understanding it. What I needed wasn't more discipline. I needed to know how I was wired, what genuinely sustained me, and how to build a life that worked with that rather than against it.
That experience is the reason I do this work. And it's the reason I built The CAST Method™ — a personal operating system for sustainable high performance that I use myself, and that I help clients build their own version of.
I'm an ICF PCC-credentialled coach, a licensed Strengthscope practitioner, and a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, working with leaders across the UK and internationally. But more than the credentials, I bring direct experience of what it takes to rebuild sustainable performance from the inside out.
